Your private travel office.
By invitation.
Your company has an office for everything but this.
One office for the chief executives who run the company and travel to win the room, and the clients they bring with them.
Some doors are never advertised.
The Cowboys Club Travel Club.
By invitation. A club that chooses its members.
Some doors open only by introduction.
Members are introduced through someone they trust. If you should know us, request an invitation. Every request is held in confidence, and membership is never disclosed.

Six kinds of access an assistant cannot arrange, described in outline. The detail is reserved for conversation.
What the doors open onto.
Aircraft, yachts, houses, seats and ships are the means, not the access. Any capable office can book them. Ours arrives with the six above already in hand.
Some of what we arrange cannot be written down.
Members see the full ledger in conversation with their Lifestyle Manager. This is all we are able to show here.

An extension of your office.
Your leaders’ time is the most valuable asset your company has. We protect it. One private office plans and manages every journey for your executives and their families, and for the individuals who retain us privately, so they arrive prepared, rested and unseen.

Built for the people who run things.
Founders & Business Owners · Presidents & CEOs · C-Suites & Leadership Teams · Family Offices · Private Individuals

The leadership team
One membership for the C-suite and the executives beside them.

Every household, one office
Several households and generations, each known by name, with one counterpart for the family office.

The executives' families
Spouses and children, each known once and never asked twice.

Retreats and investor trips
The board and partners, taken where the conversation goes well.
Alongside your people, never around them.
One counterpart
Your chief of staff has one name to call and one standing brief: the principal's preferences, the company's calendar, what has been approved and what has not. Nothing is arranged that the office has not seen.
Their calendar stays theirs
We take the travel off the assistant's desk, not the control. Flights, cars, rooms and dinners arrive as one plan to approve, in the format the office already uses.
Advance plans, in confidence
Routes, venues and timings go to your security lead ahead of travel. Who is going, and where, is never shared beyond the people who need it.
One invoice
Membership is billed to the company. Journeys are confirmed in writing before any deposit, and every expense arrives on one itemized statement for your finance team.

The Office, at The Star in Frisco at Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters
Long-standing relationships with the hotels, aircraft operators and yacht owners your leaders use most mean the better room, the earlier answer and doors a booking engine cannot open. Every call reaches a person who already knows the traveller.

Review
What worked, what did not, and what we learned about your preferences. Filed quietly for next time.
A retained office.
Private individuals, families and the companies they lead retain Affluent Luxury Travel monthly or annually, the way they retain counsel or a private bank: for judgment, relationships and availability.
Nothing here is preset.
We don’t publish a list of benefits. Your membership is composed with you, around the people it serves, agreed in conversation and set down in writing. It is written for you, not chosen from a list.
For individuals, and the people who travel with them.
- Composed around how you live and travel, and with whom.
- Composed in conversation, confirmed in writing.
For a company and the people who run it.
- Shaped to your leadership, your calendar and the way your office already works.
- Composed in conversation, confirmed in writing.
For a principal and immediate family.
- Arranged around every member of the household, from the principal to the youngest traveller.
- Composed in conversation, confirmed in writing.
For multiple households and generations.
- Built around each household and generation, with the discretion a family office expects.
- Composed in conversation, confirmed in writing.
Membership from $7,500 a month · or from $90,000 a year
Discretion is not a service we offer. It is the condition on which everything else depends.
Concur and Navan manage your company’s travel. We look after your C-suite’s.
One is a system for every employee, built to book within policy and process expenses. The other is a person who answers the private line, arranges the travel end to end, and opens the paddock, the private estate and the box at the Masters. Most members keep their platform for company travel and retain the Office for the leadership.
Membership is extended by invitation.
Membership begins from $7,500 a month, or from $90,000 a year. Full terms depend on the number of executives covered, the households behind them and the calendar ahead, and are confirmed in writing after the private conversation.

We qualify complexity, not net worth.
Our members are private individuals, couples, families and the companies they lead. What they share is a full year, a love of travel and a preference for privacy. We never ask for a balance sheet.

One founder’s standard, on every journey.
Linda D. Scroggins, CTC, has built this office on relationships that took years to earn. Every member is held to her standard, whoever takes the call.
She founded the Office because the people she served did not need more options. They needed fewer, better ones, and someone they could rely on to deliver them.
Today the Office looks after private individuals, families and the companies they lead, from The Star in Frisco at Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. A few of the experiences we arrange are shown here. Most are arranged quietly, one member at a time, and kept between us. That is how our members prefer it, and how we prefer it too. If you are reading this, someone probably thought we should meet.

Access, in practice.
From the board’s next offsite to a family’s summer, from a seat at the final to a house on a private island, the Office arranges the whole of a member’s travel and access, business and private. What follows is a glimpse, not a menu. Each journey is built for the company or family it is for, and priced privately.
Access
† Dates follow each event’s official calendar and are confirmed as they are announced. Every arrangement is subject to availability and confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
The Private Calendar.
The handful of dates worth arranging a year around. Villa d’Este on Lake Como. The Royal Box at Wimbledon. The paddock at the Monaco Grand Prix. The lawn at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The first preview at Art Basel, before the doors open to anyone else. A box at La Scala on opening night. The Nobel banquet in Stockholm. And the invitations with no public name at all, a restaurant closed for your table, a house that answers only to a phone call. These are reserved for our members.
The rooms behind the rooms.
The events that matter most.
Football, Formula 1, golf, basketball and the World Cup. Allocation is held a year out for members.

How Affluent Luxury Travel collects, uses, protects and shares the personal information of the households we serve.
Effective date: October 2026. Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Affluent Luxury Travel ("we", "us") is a private travel office at 5 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to contactus@affluentluxurytravel.net.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to plan and deliver travel for you and the people who travel with you:
- Identity and contact details: names, preferred names, date of birth, nationality, addresses, email and telephone numbers.
- Household and staff: details of spouses or partners, children (including names and dates of birth), and staff who travel with you, such as nannies, assistants, security and crew.
- Travel documents: passport, visa, Known Traveler and similar numbers. These are collected only through a secure, signed form or our encrypted document vault, never through this website.
- Health and accessibility: allergies, dietary needs, mobility needs and optional medical notes that you choose to share.
- Preferences: airline, hotel, dining, golf, shopping sizes, activities, destinations, loyalty programme numbers, special dates and privacy preferences.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Website information: what you enter in our forms, and limited technical information your browser sends when you visit.
How we use it
- To plan, book and manage travel, events and experiences you request.
- To share the details a supplier needs to serve you, such as a hotel, airline, aircraft operator, chef, guide or event organiser.
- To keep your traveller profile current so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To contact you about your travel and, if you agree, to inform you privately when access opens to major events.
- To meet legal, tax, security and record-keeping obligations.
Sensitive information and children
Health information, precise travel documents and information about children are sensitive. We collect them only with your consent, use them only to arrange and protect your travel, and share them only with providers who need them, such as a medical provider or a hotel preparing for an allergy.
Information about children is provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With travel suppliers and partners, as needed to deliver your arrangements, including suppliers outside the United States.
- With service providers who support our office (for example, secure storage, e-signature and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations.
- With your delegates, such as a chief of staff or assistant, at the level of access you have authorised.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of a traveller.
Travel outside the United States
Arranging international travel means sending information to suppliers in other countries, including the European Union, where it is handled under local law such as the General Data Protection Regulation. We share only what each supplier needs.
How we protect it
We use encryption, access controls and secure forms for sensitive information, limit access to the people serving you, and require confidentiality from staff and partners. No system is completely secure; we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your traveller profile while you are a member or client so we can serve you on future trips, and delete or return it on request. Passport and medical details, and booking records, are kept for as long as you are a member, so we can serve you on every trip. When membership ends, we delete or return them on request, keeping only what the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, withdraw consent for sensitive information, or stop receiving notices from us. Depending on where you live, including Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights and the right to appeal a decision about your request. Contact contactus@affluentluxurytravel.net; we respond within 45 days.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers. It may use your browser's storage to remember a draft profile or that you have entered the site; this stays on your device and can be cleared at any time. We count visits to each page so we know what is read. The count uses no cookies, does not store your address and involves no outside company, and it is switched off if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version above. Significant changes will be shared with members directly.

Booking and cancellation.
How proposals, payments, changes and cancellations work. Your written confirmation for each journey sets out the terms that apply to it.
Effective date: October 2026. Last updated: October 2026.
Our role
Affluent Luxury Travel arranges travel as your agent with independent suppliers, including airlines, aircraft operators, hotels, villa owners, cruise and yacht operators, event organisers and ground partners. Each supplier's own terms also apply to the services it provides.
Proposals and confirmation
Proposals are quotes, not bookings, and are subject to availability until confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and the required deposit has been received.
Payments
- Deposits and final payment dates are set out in each proposal and depend on supplier terms.
- Many suppliers require payment well in advance, especially for major events, private aviation and properties taken in full.
- Our arrangement fees, where they apply, are shown separately and are non-refundable once services are confirmed.
- Prices may change before full payment because of supplier increases, taxes, fuel or currency movements. We will tell you before any change takes effect.
Changes you make
We will always try to accommodate changes. Supplier change fees and any price difference apply, and some services cannot be changed once confirmed.
Cancellations by you
Cancellations must be made in writing. Supplier cancellation penalties apply and can be up to 100% of the cost. Event tickets and hospitality, private aviation, villa and yacht charters, and buyouts are often non-refundable once confirmed. Each proposal shows the cancellation terms for that journey.
Cancellations or changes by suppliers
If a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, we will help arrange an alternative or a refund as the supplier's terms allow. If an event is cancelled, postponed or changed by its organiser, the organiser's policy applies.
Events beyond anyone's control
Neither we nor our suppliers are responsible for failures caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government action, health emergencies or civil unrest.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancel-for-any-reason and medical evacuation cover, is required for every journey and should be purchased when your first deposit is paid. If you choose not to purchase it, you must sign a written waiver before your booking is confirmed.
Passports, visas and health
- Travellers are responsible for valid passports (generally valid for at least six months after return), visas, entry permits and health requirements.
- Children travelling with one parent or without their parents may need a notarised consent letter.
- Please tell us in advance about any medical, mobility or dietary needs so suppliers can prepare.
Membership retainers
Monthly and annual retainers are governed by your membership agreement, including when they are billed, what they include and how they renew.
Our responsibility
We will use reasonable care in arranging your travel. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected services.
After your journey
If anything is not as it should be while you travel, tell your Lifestyle Manager straight away, so it can be put right on the spot. Anything you would like us to review afterwards can be sent in writing to contactus@affluentluxurytravel.net within 30 days of your return.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
